Implementation and Sustainment Determinants of Evidence-Based CVD Risk Reduction Interventions

(IRB#: IRB_00203262)

This study aims to understand how to make heart health programs work well for all patients with childhood-onset lupus (cSLE), no matter their background or circumstances. We want to find out: What helps or prevents healthcare clinics from using proven heart health treatments fairly and consistently for all patients. What changes may be needed so these treatments fit the needs of different clinics and the patients they serve. Which approach works best to make sure patients receive these treatments, regardless of the resources or support available to them. By conducting this research, we hope to identify practical strategies that healthcare teams can use to improve heart health in children and adults living with lupus (SLE), both now and in the future.
