Nature and Well-Being Study for Adults in West-Side Salt Lake Valley Communities

(IRB#: IRB_00201710)

We are studying whether a program that helps adults spend time in nearby outdoor spaces is practical and useful. The program lasts 8 to 12 weeks. Participants will complete online surveys, have their blood pressure checked at the beginning and end, and work with study staff to make a personal plan for outdoor activities. They will track their activities and may receive reminders. Some participants may also be invited to an optional interview or workshop. This pilot study will help us improve the program for future research.
