Testing a New Drug (PEEL-224) for Children with Hard-to-Treat Solid Tumors

The goal of this study is to learn whether a drug called PEEL224 (called the study drug) is safe and works well to treat cancer. The drug will be tested in two ways: given by itself and given together with other chemotherapy drugs. PEEL224 is given through a needle into a vein. PEEL224 is considered experimental in this study because it has not been approved by the FDA (Food and Drug Administration) to treat solid tumors, either alone or with other medicines.

Inclusion Criteria
- Subject age: Phase 1: 1 year - 18 years of age; Phase 2 Rhabomyosarcoma cohort Neuroblastoma cohort: 1 year - 30 years of age
- Phase 1: subjects with refractory or relapsed solid tumors; Phase 2: subjects with refractory or relapsed Neuroblastoma or Rhabdomyosarcoma
Exclusion Criteria
- Subjects who are pregnant or breastfeeding
- Subjects with primary central nervous system (CNS) tumors or CNS metastatic disease
- Subjects with prior treatment with PEEL-224
