Postpartum: Couples Under Pressure

(IRB#: IRB_00196184)

Having a baby is wonderfulbut it can also be exhausting and overwhelming. Postpartum: Couples Under Pressure is a research study about what life is really like for couples during pregnancy and after a baby is born. It looks at how new parents deal with stress, arguments, changing responsibilities, and shifts in their relationship during this big life change. By listening to couples real experiences, the study hopes to better understand the everyday challenges of early parenthood and find ways to better support families during this time. Taking part is private and confidential, and helps improve future care, education, and policies for postpartum families.
