A Study to Evaluate the Safety and Effectiveness of Injectable Disc Cell Therapy for Patients Who Have Mild to Moderate Lumbar Disc Degeneration

The purpose of this research is to find out if the experimental drug, Injectable Disc Cell Therapy (IDCT), is safe and effective in treating symptomatic lumbar degenerative disc disease.

 Gender: All genders

  Age: Over 18 years old

  Volunteers: Volunteers with special conditions

   Location: In Person

Inclusion Criteria

  • Is 18 up to 75 years of age
  • Has been diagnosed with mild to moderate degenerative disc disease in the lower back
  • Has been experiencing chronic low back pain for at least 6 months before the screening visit.
  • Conservative treatment hasn't been working for the low back pain for at least 3 months. Conservative treatment includes such treatments as seeing a chiropractor, massage therapy, physical therapy and acupuncture. AND Conservative treatment with medications such as acetaminophen, ibuprofen, duloxetine or back injections aren't effective in treating the low back pain.
  • Willing to sign the study consent form.

Exclusion Criteria

  • Has leg pain that is worse than the low back pain
  • Has had lower back surgery
  • Has been diagnosed with fibromyalgia
  • Can't have an MRI because of a pacemaker or similar device, or because the test can't be tolerated.
  • Has an autoimmune disease such as rheumatoid arthritis
