Testing the Drug IMVT-1402 in Adults with Graves Disease

(IRB#: IRB_00186900)

Graves' disease is an immune system disorder that impacts the thyroid, causing health issues. This study will test a drug called IMVT-1402 to treat people with this disease. The study wants to see if the drug will help people with the disease and is safe. People in the study will be randomly chosen to be treated with IMVT-1402 or a placebo. The placebo looks like the study drug but does not have the medication. Being in the study requires attending in-person visits at the study clinic, home visits, and telephone calls over about 52 weeks. Medical tests will be done to track the health of participants.
