(IRB#: IRB_00184914)
Chronic Neutropenia is an immune system disorder that affects the bodys white blood cells that may increase infections. This study will test a drug called Mavorixafor to treat people with this disorder. The study wants to see if the drug will help people with the disorder and is safe. People in the study will be randomly chosen to be treated with Mavorixafor or a placebo. A placebo looks like the study drug but does not have the medication. Being in the study requires attending in person and phone study visits over about 1 year. Medical tests will be done during the study to track the health of participants. People may be paid for being in the study.
