Testing the Study Drug Solrikitug for Adults with Eosinophilic Esophagitis

(IRB#: IRB_00182390)

Eosinophilic Esophagitis (EoE) is when the esophagus (which connects the throat to the stomach) becomes inflamed, causing heartburn and swelling and making it hard to swallow. This study will test a study drug called Solrikitug to treat adults with EoE. The study wants to see if Solrikitug will help people with the disease and is safe. People in this study will be randomly chosen to be treated with Solrikitug or a placebo. A placebo looks like the study drug but does not have the study medicine. Being in the study requires attending up to 20 visits at the study clinic for about 72 weeks. Medical tests will be done during the study to track the health of participants.
