Autonomic Function in Huntington's disease

(IRB#: IRB_00179305)

Huntingtons disease is when nerves in the brain break down which can cause a decline in health such as difficulty moving and thinking. This study will test how the autonomic nervous system controls functions of the body such as sweating, heart rate, and blood pressure in people with Huntington's disease. The study wants to see if the autonomic nervous system is impaired in people with Huntingtons disease and how it relates to disease progress. People in the study will have medical exams and answer questions. Being in the study requires attending about 4 in-person visits at the study clinic over about 2 years.
