Age-Friendly Healthcare

(IRB#: IRB_00175251)

Age-Friendly Healthcare provides care for geriatric (for this study, people 65 years and older) patients. The type of care considers what matters most: medication, mentation (mental activity), and mobility (movement). How patients receive care is specific to their needs. This study will help researchers learn how to design and test tools best to support patients and their caregivers (family or friends who help with patient care). People in the study will participate in interviews, surveys, and may wear a Garmin watch to track mobility.
