Epilepsy is a disorder in the brain that causes seizures. This study aims to identify chemical markers in the tissue of people with Epilepsy. The study wants to help people who continue to experience treatment-resistant seizures and suffer from cognitive impairments. People in the study will provide a tissue sample, medical and family history, and lifestyle information. Being in the study requires two visits to the study clinic.
