Exercise is known for helping a persons brain function. Research is needed to better understand how exercise may help improve the brain's learning and memory processes. The information we gain may aid future patients.

Who can participate?

 Gender: All genders

  Age: Over 18 years old

  Volunteers: Healthy Volunteers

   Location: In Person

Inclusion Criteria

  • Ages 18-35 or 55-75 years old
  • Good mental health
  • Comfortable in smalls spaces for a brain scan (MRI)
  • Attend in-person at the University of Utah

Exclusion Criteria

  • Participant does not move their body often
  • Participant is an elite athlete
  • Participant use medication for a mental health issue
