Exercise is known for helping a persons brain function. Research is needed to better understand how exercise may help improve the brain's learning and memory processes. The information we gain may aid future patients.

Age: Over 18 years old

Inclusion Criteria
- Ages 18-35 or 55-75 years old
- Good mental health
- Comfortable in smalls spaces for a brain scan (MRI)
- Attend in-person at the University of Utah
Exclusion Criteria
- Participant does not move their body often
- Participant is an elite athlete
- Participant use medication for a mental health issue
