A digital diabetes prevention program to improve health behaviors among custodial workers

The purpose of this study is to investigate whether a diabetes prevention program delivered via a smartphone app can change the exercise habits, dietary choices, and stress management strategies of custodial workers. This will also help design programs and inform policies to support you on campus.

  Volunteers: Healthy Volunteers

   Location: From Home

Inclusion Criteria

  • Participant should be a custodial worker at the University of Utah
  • Between the ages 18 and 65 years old
  • Have regular access to a smartphone
  • Able to understand and speak English

Exclusion Criteria

  • Not diagnosed with Type 1 or Type 2 diabetes
  • Not pregnant
